My characters
This is a page where I talk a bit about some of my characters. There are more, but these ones are my main cast. Some of the images I used are quite old so they look a little bit awkward.
Ethan Moreau
He's one of the original OC's that survived this long. He represents my personality. He is bacically me but genderbent.
He's 18 years old, born in august, making his zodiac sign leo. He's a shy and introverted person who doesn't talk much. Only when he's with his friends does he open up. But never about personal issues. He can be quite whiny at times but knows when to shut up. He can be a bit awkward at times due to his anxiety. He is mostly in his own bubble, daydreaming, drawing or listeting to music. He is quite self-concious, has low self-esteem and anxiety due to the events that took place during his childhood. The first ever person he talks to about his trauma is Jake, who he trusts dearly. They have a romantic relationship later on.
Michael Moreau
Otherwise also called Mikey, is a very obnoxious 15 year old. He doesn't know when to shut up, or how to keep his mouth shut. He can be quite offensive, making Ethan and Mia often pissed. Ethan dislikes him the most, even though they are a family. He usually plays games in his room or goes outside with his friends. His relationship with his parents is a lot better than the other siblings'. He doesn't show up much in the story until his character arc starts. Later on he realizes his mistakes and matures a little bit.
Miriam Moreau
She is the last sibling out of the Moreau family. She is the middle child. She loves to play games, doesn't matter if they are computer or mobile games. She is quite competetive, courageous and loud. She is extroverted and loves to hang out with friends to make dumb desicions together. She also loves to read comics but sucks at drawing them, eventhough she would love to make them. She enjoys stuffing her face full of cake and sweets. Her favourite is an apple pie. Every week she has three karate practices which she loves to go to. Later on Mia and Lia fall in love with eachother. Lia becomes the first person for Mia to open up. It seems by her personality that her childhood didn't affect her too much. But that is not true, she remembers a lot, and some stuff still affects her to this day.
Lia Durand
She is a sweet and chill person who people love to hang around. She is quite wise and can give some good advice if asked nicely. One of her favourite things is playing with animals. She loves them to the moon and back. Eventhough now, she is kind and nice, she wans't like that before. When she was around 7, her parents died in a car crash with her being the only survivor. After a being placed into the foster care systerm, she went through a lot of bad parents and bad kids. It shaped her to be a impulsive and easily irritable. After a nice couple adopted her at the age of 14, she slowly learned to love again. She shaped herself back to the sweet child she once was.
Jake Vos
People seem very scared of him. He does look dangerous, and can be if he has to, but wouldn't hurt anyone just because. He is often seen fighting with Brendon, which gave him the reputation. He fights because he has a secret that only Brendon knows. Also because Brendon seems to get a kick out of insulting Jake. Even through Jake's seemingly impenetrable defenses, Brendon always finds a way to get to him.
He is introverted, quiet and minding his own buissness most of the time. He can get very anxious but doesn't show it. He works hard and goes to the gym at least thrice a week. He loves reading, writing stories and most of all, listening to music. He is protective of his close family and friends. If something happened to them he wouldn't hesitate to fight. When he was a child, his father, being a mafia boss, tried to "rough him up" and "discipline" him to be a next boss for the clan. This abuse also went towards his mother. It went on until his mother divorced his father when he was 16.
Jasper Lindberg
He is a humorous and easy going person. He loves movies and swimming, which he does every week. He is very hard working. When his mother fell sick and he had to provide for his sister, he didn't hesitate to take dangerous jobs to get money. Since he never had any father, and his sister was too young to go to work. Through Jake he got a job, selling drugs.
Jake also helped him take self defense classes to keep him at least a bit protected. Jasper is still very thankfull and tries his best to help Jake back.
Leonard Sullivan
He loves computers and movies. He taught himself how to program and even made his own computer. He is shy and doesn't talk much eventhough he wants to. He used to be very extroverted, full of joy and happiness from the world. Always positive. Unfotunately this happines went away after a toxic and abusive relationship he had with his ex-girlfriend. Even during that he experienced bullying at shool. After that he barely spoke. Only later, Jasper befriended him, and with others, helped him.
Jim Bennet
He is always there to help others. He is kind and friendly but alwasy focuses on his work. If he didn't, his life would get a lot harder. He doesn't have any hobbies and doesn't know himself much. His emotions were always in a way so he had to push them away. This left him often feeling numb and empty. His parents are a toxic bunch, punishing him severly for bad grades. This made him overwork himself multiple times, just to finish what he had to.
Brendon Kayser
He is a major problem in the others' lives. He loves to rile people up, just so he could figh them. Everyone he fought was weak until he found Jake, who he tries to fight almost everyday. He tries to control other people by manipulating them or holding their secrets against them. He knows a lot of things due to being in a major mafia clan, where he has access to personal information of almost every citizen of the city. His life isn't happy though. All these things he does, he has learned form his father. He saw them done to his mother, to other employees, to himself ever since he was a child. This doesn't excuse what he does, but it explains it.
